This is netball played at walking pace, for those who take life in a lower gear. The rules have been adapted to exclude running and jumping to help you feel comfortable with balance and stability. The level of enjoyment and camaraderie is in no way compromised. Slip on your trainers and enjoy Walking Netball with other people, just like you.

WHO CAN PLAY?

Anyone can play regardless of age, it’s good for those who don’t feel they can run well enough to take part in team sports. A great way to play when recovering from injury or illness.
